We are a large tour operator with many years of experience in the travel services market, looking to add a Tourism Manager with a personal client base, including VIP clients, to our team. Responsibilities:
- Selling travel products (individual and group tours, VIP travel, business and first-class air tickets, exclusive hotels, yachting, etc.);
- Managing a personal client base, including the VIP segment;
- Tailoring and organizing tours to meet the demands of discerning clients;
- Overseeing order fulfillment and providing client support at all stages;
- Maintaining long-term client relationships and enhancing their loyalty.

- A real personal client base, including VIP clients (mandatory);
- Willingness to verify the client base (e.g., provide examples of completed orders, client recommendations, or other evidence);
- At least 2 years of experience in the tourism industry, preferably with VIP clients;
- Knowledge of exclusive destinations and the ability to handle custom requests;
- Strong sales skills and experience working with high-income clients;
- Excellent communication skills, stress resistance, and attention to detail;
- Readiness to meet KPIs and work in a highly competitive environment.
