The role is requires you to be in the office once a week (London or Woking)

Your key responsibilities as a Junior Client Success Manager will include:

• Accompanying our customers as they transition from sales prospects to active users of our products.
• Focusing on customer loyalty and building close long-term relationships.
• Proactively looking out for our customers’ business, suggesting new and innovative ways to keep them succeeding with our products.
• Keeping up to date with our range of products and our customers’ business needs to make relevant suggestions and recommendations.
• Monitoring and ensuring our customers consistently use our products and services to get the most value out of them.
• Coordinating with internal teams to connect our customers’ needs with our products and services development strategy.

You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Junior Client Success Manager:

• You have a keen interest in the fund industry
• You will have worked within, or completed a graduate placement at a financial organisation
• You will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• You have the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• You have some analytical experience and proficiency in Excel
