Buildings account for 34% of global CO₂ emissions, and in the UK alone, £3.8 billion is lost each year through energy-inefficient homes. Project Heat is developing systems to rapidly and efficiently decarbonise buildings at scale and accelerate the transition toward a sustainable future.

What the job involves:
- 🔗 Deliver operational excellence - Manage partner relationships and internal processes to ensure everything runs smoothly for our customers.
- 👥 Work closely with our founders - Shape strategies, identify growth opportunities, and foster customer relationships.
- 🤖 Automate workflows - Pitch new ideas, write code and automate processes that lets our small team punch above its weight.
- 🤝 Always closing - Whether it's speaking to customers or representing us to new partners - revenue is everyone's responsibility and you will need to take ownership.
- 📈 Execute our strategy - We scale impact by scaling volume. That means speaking to more customers, improving processes, and building momentum every single day.
- 🧑🧑🧒🧒 Customer growth - SEO optimisation, tweaking our website and coming up with new ideas to increase customer traffic.

- You're extremely ambitious - A strong track record of exceptional performance showing you're in the top 0.1%.
- You move fast - Thrives in high-growth environments with evolving processes.
- You optimise everything - Constantly looking for ways to make things better and you use data to prove it.
- You think from first principles - A background in STEM helps, but we value any experience that shows structured, independent thinking.
