We’re looking for a Head of Growth to drive high-volume customer acquisition and deliver industry-leading conversion rates. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales and operations - requiring someone who can see the big picture while executing at speed. You’ll build on channels that are already delivering results, experiment with bold new approaches, and optimise every stage of the funnel for maximum growth.

You’ll be highly hands-on - using data to identify opportunities, refining our digital presence to attract the right audience, and stepping into sales conversations when you can make the difference. The right person will be highly analytical, creative, and competitive - with the ability to turn insights into results quickly.

What you’ll do:

  • Own growth at ZUNO - Drive demand and optimise conversion across every stage of the funnel.
  • Data-driven decisions - Analyse performance data to identify bottlenecks, uncover growth opportunities, and run short-term experiments to guide long-term strategy.
  • Scale proven channels - Double down on the highest-performing channels to maximise reach and efficiency.
  • Innovate and test - Rapidly prototype and validate new approaches to acquire and convert high-value customers.
  • Sales crossover - Step into key customer conversations and feed insights back into the growth strategy.

Must haves:

  • Proven growth marketing track record - You’ve driven acquisition and conversion at scale with standout results (show us the numbers).
  • STEM or technical background - You think in numbers and use them to drive action.
  • Speed to impact - You iterate fast, and let results guide the next move.
  • Commercial instinct - You know how to win customers and spot opportunities.
  • Relentless improvement mindset - You’re always looking for a better way to do things.

Nice to haves:

  • You’ve worked in high-growth tech companies - Understand the pace, challenges, and opportunities of scaling fast.
  • You have renewables experience - Knowledge of solar, heat pumps, or other low carbon energy systems.
