Climate Policy Radar is on a mission to organise, analyse and democratise the world’s climate law and policy data.


Our data and tools help governments, researchers, international organisations, civil society, and the private sector to understand and advance effective climate policies and deploy climate finance. We are open data, open source, and not-for-profit.


We are now looking for a brilliant Executive Assistant to join our team and work with our CEO and SLT through our next stage of growth. This is an exciting opportunity to support our CEO, Michal Nachmany, a climate leader who is passionate about responsible, human-centred use of AI to accelerate action on climate and nature.

Roles and responsibilities
  • End-to-end management for internal and external meetings, and diary management for the CEO and CTO, as well as occasional support to the wider SLT. Including emailing, setting dates and sending invites, booking meeting rooms where necessary

  • Management of CEO &CTO inbox and to-do lists, with support from Chief of Staff

  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including partners, investors, and board members

  • Managing CEO’s list of contacts through Hubspot

  • Assist in the organisation of external events including our attendance and activity at key moments in the climate industry calendar i.e. London Climate Week and COP

  • In collaboration with the Chief of Staff, prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents for funders and other stakeholders as required

  • Other operational support, including cross-company events.

  • Occasionally handle personal tasks for the CEO and CTO as necessary

You bring with you:
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting C-level executives, as well as experience with operations, preferably in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines

  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost integrity

  • Proficient in using tools and software (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Slack)

  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in an evolving startup environment
