Clip n Climb Instructor - Casual - Marina Leisure Centre

The Marina Centre, providing an exciting range of activities for residents and visitors alike. Including a leisure pool with two slides, fun splash zone, clip and climb, impressive fitness suite and exercise studios and sports hall providing a wide range of activities. The centre also boasts an amazing café overlooking the beach, providing a focal point for the community.

Clip and Climb is a fun climbing concept, where kids can enjoy some healthy action-packed fun. We are looking for like minded Instructors, to join the Clip and Climb team, You will be responsible for the safety and welfare of customers placed under our care, and for delivering excellent customer service when dealing with parents as well as their children, ensuring a fun and enjoyable time is had by all. You will have previous experience of working with children, and a passion for facilitating children’s development.

Hours: Casual hours, as and when required.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with fellow team members, parents and children alike.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and ability to use initiative.
• To deliver a safe and enjoyable clip n climb session
• Good organisation skills.
• Desire to learn and improve knowledge/experience with potential to further qualifications.
• Must be able to adapt and be flexible with differing hours/demanding from time to time
• To provide excellent customer service
• Assist with other dry side activities from time to time
• DBS Check

Salary: Up to £12.21 per hour
