Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience in client management, account management, customer success or other relevant field
- Direct client-facing interaction experience in a professional environment
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Able to synthesise and explain technical information clearly
- London-based or able to commute weekly
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Background in sustainability, climate change, or impact-led organisations
- Experience in consulting, e-commerce, or climate tech sectors
- Familiarity with carbon accounting or sustainability reporting concepts
- Working knowledge of tools like Adobe, Miro, Google Slides,
- Proficient in Excel (or Google Sheets), with CRM experience (HubSpot or similar)
Job Responsibilities:
Client Management
- Manage a portfolio of 50–100 clients, starting with smaller accounts (3.5–5.5k) and progressing to larger enterprise relationships
- Conduct regular calls and meetings to understand goals, provide support, and deliver value throughout the customer journey
- Lead on renewals, retention, and identifying upsell opportunities across both the carbon and restoration sides of the business
- Collaborate with the Carbon Accounting and Impact teams to ensure seamless client project delivery
- Act as the main point of contact for your clients, with increasing responsibility over time
- Contribute to customer support operations while the team scales
First Line Carbon Accounting
- Answer high-level carbon accounting queries and support clients post-reporting
- Help interpret emissions footprints, deliver debriefs, and assist with setting climate goals and narratives
Organisational/Process Improvement
- Working with the Head of Customer Success to ensure optimisation of client management processes.
- Coordinate across the Measurement, Impact, and Commercial teams to support account planning and delivery
- Keep records and client data updated using tools like Google Sheets and HubSpot
- Support new platform rollouts and feed back on process improvement opportunities
- Staying updated on industry trends and competitors to effectively position our offerings within key accounts.
