About the role:

Website, Event Registration and Data Responsibilities

• Setup, updating and optimisation of new event websites using existing WordPress templates
• Implement and manage tracking and analytics tools including Google Analytics
• Setup and management of event registration system and event app - Swoogo
• Monitoring and managing data flow between platforms including sales and marketing CRM and event platform
• Ensuring all customer touchpoints for lead generation are set up correctly
• Providing the marketing team with regular access to key data sets and reporting
• Optimising and presenting data for use as required by various departments including reporting, event planning and delivery.
• Supporting the operations team at our events with onsite delegate badge printing and data reporting.

IT admin responsibilities

• Office based point of contact for all IT setup for all staff, liaising with outsourced IT support company.
• Assisting new starters with laptop, phone and IT setup and security
• Day to day IT trouble shooting and support for office team
• Keep detailed records of subscriptions including new features, pricing and renewals dates

New projects

• Identifying AI tools that can reduce our costs or improve our competitive advantage
• Identifying and owning 4 x new AI related projects per year that deliver on above objectives
• Identify more efficient ways to build and clean our data and customer database.

Experience of:

• WordPress

• Elementor

• ActiveCampaign or another email marketing platform

• OpenAI and its various AI Models in business support projects

• Swoogo or a similar Event Management platform
