Key Responsibilities Reporting jointly to the Global Head of Marketing & Communications and the Head of Product Solutions, this graduate opportunity will be based in London, although the intern will work closely with colleagues across Europe. The opportunity is offered for 9-12 months and structured as a first step into a financial services working environment. It will suit an individual interested in promoting products to institutional buyers or looking to develop an understanding of client outreach and marketing real assets within a global environment. What you will do : Campaign management: Partner with the marketing managers to develop and maintain the campaign plans that provide oversight to global activities. Client outreach: Act as the contact point for the Marketing and Client teams and maintain and manage the outreach calendar, the input of CRM notes and the consolidation of feedback from clients. Reporting an analytics: Provide regular summaries that track the effectiveness of outreach campaigns, client engagement efforts and marketing campaigns. Project work: Support the Global Head of Marketing & Communications with ad hoc projects that will focus on engagement with internal and external audiences. Key Requirements Our business language is English. Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills with an inquisitive nature, a high level of attention to detail and a desire to learn will be key for this role’s success. Our working environment is fast paced but friendly and the candidate will be encouraged to suggest better ways of working – by using AI or better streamlining the existing approach. A degree relating to real estate, financial services or marketing will be advantageous.
