Founder's Associate (m/ f / x)

Plan A has set itself the ambitious goal to support businesses around the globe to decarbonise and deliver on their climate objectives, using science and technology. We offer a software for decarbonisation and ESG reporting capabilities, that enables businesses of the likes of BMW, Mollie, Sorare, GANNI, Chloé and N26, to successfully manage their net zero journey. As a Founders Associate Intern, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with large, global companies to help them understand and reduce their carbon footprint. You'll support our CEO directly, gaining hands-on experience in the sustainability and greentech industry.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Prepare documentation for events, including research on policy trends, innovations and industry developments.
• Support the CEO in commercial discussions.
• Identify potential sales opportunities and channel them to the relevant sales team members.
• Translate content for a variety of stakeholders internally and externally.
• Support organising and managing events to promote our mission.

• You are currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in business, sustainability, or a related field.
• You have strong communication skills and are comfortable engaging with various stakeholders.
• You are organised, analytical, and able to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• You are a team player who enjoys tackling challenges and contributing to a collaborative work environment.
• You are passionate about sustainability and are eager to support our mission.
• You are fluent in English; proficiency in German and/or French is a plus.
• Available full time ideally in Berlin, London, Stockholm, Paris or Munich.
