The Opportunity
We are looking to hire someone into our Strategic Sales team to work with our existing key customers to drive growth.
La Fosse have a unique talent solutions offering, and the focus of this role will be to work with existing La Fosse strategic customers to understand their challenges and objectives, and proposing our relevant services to ensure we are able to provide the best possible experience to our customers and maximise opportunity. We are looking to drive account spend and service line growth within our key accounts, with a particular focus on leveraging our academy offering to drive growth.
This role is critical and will be pivotal to us achieving success. You will work with the wider La Fosse business as well as our key customers to help build the demand and drive growth within our strategic customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving growth within existing key customers, for all the services La Fosse offer.
- Building account teams to leverage existing relationships across the La Fosse group and drive growth within the key accounts.
- Creating strategy for how to impact growth in accounts, deliver against that strategy and embed across the wider La Fosse business.
- Creating and maintaining strong, long-term business and personal relationships with key stakeholders at the client companies
- Coordinating with individuals across the wider La Fosse business to leverage key relationships in strategic accounts and encourage collaboration across the company.
- Working with clients to create a pipeline of needs and work with the wider La Fosse business to fulfil these.
- Identifying opportunities and creating relevant, credible solutions utilising our full range of capabilities and services.
- Growing and developing the revenue within the accounts and the partnership/
- Discovering, understanding and influencing the client’s vision and business with respect to digital transformation and identify opportunities for the wider La Fosse services
- Identifying risk within a client project and developing a strategy to mitigate risk together with the delivery teams
- Providing thought leadership to build winning strategy that positions our services for long term success
Skills & Experience:
- Ability to propose strategic solutions to technical leaders
- Comfortable working with CIOs/CTOs to understand their strategy & upcoming projects
- Previous experience working with technical stakeholders would be beneficial
- Demonstrable field experience, client engagement and business development experience with requisite understanding of relevant markets
- Ability to leverage interpersonal skills to develop strong relationships within the client leadership team and internally within the La Fosse business
- Proven track record in account growth and management
- Be adaptable and proactive; whether consulting at C-level or delivering solutions
- Proven ability to facilitate and lead conversations and workshops with both senior and executive level clients as well as their technical teams
