The Business Development team works in partnership with all areas of the business to deliver the growth objectives of the firm. Within this the Client Operations team are a specialist team dedicated to supporting our client-facing colleagues with onboarding clients, maintaining engagements and closing services down.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Operations Administrator to join us on a part-time basis in either of our Cheltenham, Birmingham or Bristol offices - ideally Cheltenham as most of the team are there or we have our Marketing and Business Development teams in Birmingham. This also offers hybrid working (home and office).
You will also be responsible for setting up new clients and ensuring Anti Money Laundering requirements have been met, as well as getting involved in a variety of Operational projects.
Ideally 25 hours per week however this is negotiable (20-25 hours per week).
