One Avenue is looking for a personable and dedicated Client Experience Assistant/Receptionist to join our growing operations department. This role is an exciting opportunity to shape the hospitality and client satisfaction at One Avenue. You will support and assist the other Client Experience Team members and report to the Business Manager, maintaining high client satisfaction across our collection.

Your key responsibilities include:
- Delivering a superior meet and greet service to our clients and their guests
- Assisting with Administrative Requests
- Client Move-Ins and Move-Outs
- Designing Office Spaces:
- Organising Client Events:
- Tracking clients' monthly spend
- Upholding Building Standards
- Identifying Opportunities

- Experienced in a customer service role (1+ years)
- Well-presented and client-facing, able to represent the brand at all times
- Strong in communication and organisation
- Detail-oriented
- Adaptable to changing needs and ad hoc tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft programs and email handling
- Dedicated to providing high standards of service
- Capable of working autonomously or within a team
- Starting salary of £24k - £27k
